About Woodlake HOA
Woodlake is a growing subdivision that is located one mile west of Bardstown Road on Highway 44 in Mt. Washington
Woodlake is a growing subdivision that is located one mile west of Bardstown Road on Highway 44 in Mt. Washington. It is comprised of 8 sections including Single-Family Homes, Patio Homes, Condominiums (also called Garden Homes), and Inspirations Assisted Living Facility. There are two private lakes, a waterfall, clubhouse, and pool.Any resident who owns property in Woodlake belongs to the Homeowner’s Association as well as their respective association.
Patio Homeowner’s and Condominium owners pay monthly fees to their respective associations. Their association then pays the Woodlake Homeowner’s Association a portion of their dues each month. Single-family homeowners belong only to the Homeowner’s Association and pay their dues annually.
